Over 40 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience in the Latin American region
Advised clients on merger & acquisition and capital raising transactions across various industries and sectors, including Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Power, Project Finance, Consumer Goods, and Real Estate, in senior positions with, among others, INTL FCStone, Standard Bank, and Midland Bank
In 2006, established the INTL FCStone Capital Markets unit focusing on Latin America as a complement to the firm’s core commodity hedging services
In 1998 led Standard Bank London’s entry into Latin America, establishing offices in Miami, Sao Paulo, and Buenos Aires
Through 1993 served in various business development and relationship management positions at Midland Bank in multiple offices (New York, Miami, and Caracas)
From 1996 to 2006, served as a director on the board of the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA)
Graduate of the University of the Pacific and Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management
